返金ポリシー

Return Window: Please contact us by email (support@japanjunglestore.com) within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions: Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered (unused, with all accessories and packaging). As our items are vintage or pre-owned, returns due to conditions already described in the listing (scratches, signs of wear, etc.) cannot be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid return labels.

Defective or Misdescribed Items: If an item is defective or significantly differs from its description, we will refund or replace it at our expense. Please email us with photos first. we will refund or replace it at our expense, including the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the return policy above applies.
