Return Window: Please contact us by email (support@japanjunglestore.com) within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions: Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered (unused, with all accessories and packaging). As our items are vintage or pre-owned, returns due to conditions already described in the listing (scratches, signs of wear, etc.) cannot be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid return labels.

Defective or Misdescribed Items: If an item is defective or significantly differs from its description, we will refund or replace it at our expense. Please email us with photos first.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the return policy above applies.
